The WFD Pavilion is designed to address the needs of job seekers and talent professionals alike. Whether you’re a student, recent graduate, re-entering the workforce, or looking to change jobs, each day in the pavilion illuminates a different pathway to success. 

SEMI members from across the microelectronics industry, including HR professionals and talent recruiters, can connect with students and job seekers during three days of interactive activities focused on workforce development and industry awareness.

We need to ensure that the talent pipeline for the next generation of semiconductor professionals is diverse and inclusive. What is Flash Mentoring? Flash Mentoring is a one-time discussion where students (mentees) meet with industry professionals (mentors) for a short period of time. Each session is limited to 5 students who can meet with companies from along the semiconductor ecosystem, including Applied Materials, ARC EDTECH, KLA, Marvell, Micron, STMicroelectronics, Synopsys, Tata Electronics and more.

On-site signup required.

Student (Mentee) Role:

  • Commit to 30 minutes of flash mentoring
  • Meet with 2 industry reps / mentors (15 minutes each) during 30 minute session 
  • Students will be provided with prompt questions to ask mentors
