Transforming Global Healthcare with India's MedTech Innovations Powered by Semiconductors and AI

India's rapid economic growth is projected to make it the third-largest economy this decade and the second largest by 2050. With a large young population requiring high-quality healthcare, India must find innovative ways to provide access at an affordable cost to match outcomes of the Global North.

This session explores the immense potential of India's MedTech innovation ecosystem, supported by the convergence of the industry, government, and academia. As India embarks on ambitious initiatives to build a semiconductor industry and become an AI powerhouse, the focus is on how advancements in semiconductors and AI are transforming healthcare by providing high-volume, cost-effective, and accessible solutions at the community level.

The session will outline India's role in placing semiconductors at the heart of MedTech to achieve accessible, impactful, and sustainable healthcare for everyone globally. It will bring together key stakeholders to plan a path forward and identify immediate priorities as well as investment and partnership opportunities.
