Troy’s career started at GE Aviation where he began as a Purchasing Specialist in commercial jet engines and completed GE’s Technical Leadership Program. Subsequently, Troy moved to Applied Materials where he has held various positions within supply chain and manufacturing operations for the past 23 years. During this time period, Troy has transformed Applied procurement and supply chain practices through innovative solutions designed to position Applied Materials as a preferred partner for suppliers throughout the industry.
Troy is also an accomplished public speaker and has presented supply chain best practices to numerous organizations such as the Austin Regional Manufacturers Association and other industry groups.
Troy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.

By expanding semiconductor assembly, test, and packaging facilities, India can enhance its position. Attracting fabs for semiconductors and fostering a business-friendly environment are critical. Applied Materials and India developing Semiconductor Supply Chain and Innovation Partnership further strengthens India’s prospects. In summary, India’s semiconductor supply chain holds immense potential, and strategic investments and policies are essential for growth.
