Dr. Mark Da Silva

Mark da Silva, Ph.D. is a Senior Director at SEMI, responsible for Smart Manufacturing (SEMI Smart Manufacturing) and Advanced Packaging/Heterogeneous Integration initiatives. He previously worked at Knowles Electronics where he led the acoustic MEMS R&D team for novel microphone development, and at Analogy Devices where he led novel inertial sensor product development for industrial and medical applications. Mark holds a BTech degree in Aeronautics from the Indian Institute of Tech., and MS & PhD. Degrees from the Johns Hopkins University.
