Asha Nangia

Ms. Asha Nangia is Scientist G and Group Coordinator, in MeitY working in Industrial Promotion - Electronics and Hardware Manufacturing Division. 

She is a graduate engineer in Electronics & Communication from Delhi College of Engineering and has over two decades of experience with the Standardization Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) in the Electronics and IT Hardware area. She is a qualified Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 and 17025 Certification. She has been instrumental in developing the field of Safety testing at the STQC lab in Delhi. 

At MeitY, Ms. Asha Nangia is working towards the development of the hardware manufacturing electronics industry. She is currently handling the initiative relating to mandatory compliance of Electronics & IT goods to Indian Safety Standards under the Compulsory Registration Order
